I have a dash light on with the letters BAS ESP. Was wondering if someone knew what this means ? Thanks

This means you have a failure code stored or current in your ESP/BAS (traction control) control module. More than likely you have a component failure within this system. Having the diagnostic code read will give you a better idea of what is causing this.
