Engine Performance problem
2000 Mercedes Benz ML320 6 cyl All Wheel Drive 106,00 miles

I have been to the garage and for them to fix this
problem they give me a luandry list of 8 items of
what it "could" be ..... since repairing my car is so
expensivie -- the first thing they told me was my
temperature gauge is cracked..... my temperature
hangs at about 80 degree.....
Then biggest problem i have a question on is this
related to when it seems when I am going up a lot
of hills the light will come on and as i accelerate with
the gas pedal the gauge to the far right seems to go
backwards,,,, and if I do not get going at a fast speed to start, then my mph goes backwards as I
am pedal to the floor and all gauges are going backwards --- does this have anything to do with my
temperature gauge?
