1998 Mercedes Benz ML320 6 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 135000 miles

I have a 1998 Benz E320 and I was jus envolved in an accident this weekend it was just a bumper hit.
This morning while parking the engine light wnt on and my gas light kept flashing. Is this something that needs to be taken care off right away?/ Or can it wait until after the holidays?
