I HAVE A 1998 MERCEDEZ ML 320 I NEED TO REPLACE THE WATER PUMP,DO I TAKE OFF THE FAN BLADE FIRST CONNECTED TO THE WATER PUMP PULLEY ,THERES A BIG NUT CONNECTED TO THE PULLEY AND THE BLADE I DONT KNOW WHAT SIZE TO USE I BOUGHT A 12 INCH CRECENT WRENCH IT WAS TOO THICK CAUSE THE ALLEN WRENCH BOLTS CONNECTED TO THE PULLEY ARE IN THE WAY OF THE NUT. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.

There are two special tools needed.thin wrench ,part number - k-d3136 usa from snap-on, a 3 hole spanner wrench to hold the bolts on the pulley.
