Three of four power windows are working, but the front passenger window won't close. I was able to open it all the way down, but it now won't respond and close. Can I manually override the power window control so I can at least close the window? It may rain and wet the inside of the car. Nothing in the mar manual states anything about my problem.

This problem is either due to a failed window regulator or failed window motor. If you operate the switch and listen carefully to the door can you hear anything moving crunching or running. If you hear any of this then you have a failed window regulator. If not, meaning you hear nothing, then you hae a failed window motor. Neither of these have a manual override function so, actually both will physically prevent movement of the window.
