I have a benz e320, the trunck and the license plate wen ban on the same time, the trunck will not open with the release buton, only with the key, and there is no light in the trunck or license plate thank you

This is more than likely a rear SAM failure. The rear Signal Acquisitions Module controls the remote trunk feature among many other features. This issue usually requires replacement of the unit, however in some cases a software flash may be available for the SAM module. Proper diagnosis will be necessary with the MB Star diagnosis system available at all dealerships.
