1994 Mercedes Benz E320 Spark Plug #1 not firing

1994 Mercedes Benz E320 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

After replacing the engine harness, coil, spark plugs, spark plug wires, plug #1 is not firing. Could it be the ECM? Does this car has a camshaft position sensor? Or could it be something else?

Check the compresion and injector for no.1 cylinder
