rear brake rotors frozen to rear hub ,they need to be remover for replacement

I would first recommend spraying the hubs with rust penetrant in case rust is whats holding them on. Next attempt to back off the parking brake adjusters. If they still will not come loose a small sledge may be necessary to break them loose.
