Is there anyone out there that owns a C320 and would like to participate in a Class Action suit against Mercedes Benz Manafacturer? I have had it with the repair cost of a car that had a problem from it's engineering. My telpone # is 601-631-1235. Thanks.

I am assuming you have delt with faulty seat control modules killing your battery from the title of your post. Just so you know these seat modules are notorious for causing 203 body style C classes to die. This is a known problem by MB.

I have the same problem with my 2002 C320. It's a piece of crap car. Mercedes should issue a recall. Unfortunately the dealer and Mercedes manufacture are not taking responsibility for their crappy designed car. There should be a law suit against Mercedes.
