Please can you help me, I am having problems with my central locking, when I try to lock the door with the key fob it does not work and I can not even lock the door from the inside. Can you tell me what the problem could be?

If the door lock is ratcheting up and down you are experiencing a failed door lock actuator. If the problem is affecting all door locks and not just one, you may hae a mpre serious issue with the central locking system.
