I have a 2004 C230 coupe that is no longer under warranty. I do my own oil changes and services that I can handle. I would like to clear the service reminder from the instrument panel from showing every time I start my car.

Please give instructions. My dealership will not show me.

Regards,

Bernie

To reset your service counter turn your vehicle to key position 2 (accesory position before ignition is started). Now scroll to the service counter screen. Once on the service counter screen press and hold reset button on the left side of the instrument cluster for 10 secs. The service counter should now reset.
