WHENEVER I START MY CAR I HEAR THIS CLICKING NOISE FROM BEHIND THE CENTER DASH. WHAT MAY THIS BE? I ASLO DO NOT HEAR THE SUPERCHARGE ANYMORE. IS THIS RELATED TO ONE ANOTHER.

This problem is common for the c 230. You have a broken stepper motor linkage.99% of the time it's the footwell flap motor linkage. The part is plastic and inexpensive, but you would have to remove the lower portion of the dash, radio, c/c head etc. To access the linkage.
