1999 Mercedes Benz C200 blower motor

The blower to the heater and A/C has stopped. The controls seem not doing anything because when I turn it, nothing happens. The fuses are ok. what should i do next? would you please help me.

check the blower motor relay. if it's OK , you will need to test the blower motor itself by supplying 12v power direct to it.
