Unfortunately this is a tough one. We don't have the A class here in the States, nor do we have the 1.6 liter MB motor in any of our MB's here. However, If you can upload a photo of your tensioner and the pulley you want to change I more than likely will be able to walk you through it. Until then I will see if we have anyone who is familiar with the A class models working with us.
