2000 Mercedes Benz 430e

My windows rolled down automatically and will not roll up I think there is a problem in the middle consol area how can I repair this?

With any problem like this we should never try and second guess the problem, you should go get a diagnostic scan that will detect any set fault codes that are associated with body control functions, this may be a relay, control unit switch or wiring fault as code if set will help locate the exact fault, start here.
