where is the portion of the radio which is in the trunk? Is it next to the DVD slot? i.e. behind the panel behind the left wheel accessed from the trunk?

I am wondering as to which "portion" of the radio you are refering to. The only stereo components mounted in the trunk are usually the DVD(Navigation) system and the CD changer. Both of these are mounted to the left side of the vehicle in the trunk. Please let me know what specific function you are trying to find.
