2002 Mercedes Benz 320e Battery dead

Battery dead. Had similar problem last year. The mechanic replaced the battery and battery died following day. Performed a diagnosis and replaced the control module under drivers side seat. Said module was draining battery when car was not in use.

Is this same problem a year later due to an incorrect diagnosis or something different.

Could be somewhere else that's draining the battery overnite do below

yes, the alternater is recharging the battery.
