Anytime the A/C system starts blowing warmer air out, the first thing to check is the freon level. If the freon is low, recharge it appropriately. Remember, freon should NEVER leak. If you are having to recharge the system then there must be a leak somewhere. You should have a local HVAC tech locate and repair the leak.
