I drive a mecerdes 230te it is over heating and after over heating you can not start the engine until the tempreture gaurge is back to low.

Do you have white smoke coming out of the tailpipe? If not check the water pump if its functioning if so check the radiator if its clogged okay here replace the thermostat and go from there-Overheating problem will cause the engine to seize due to excessive friction
