I cannot raise my window on the passenger side how do I over ride the motor.

The only way you can override the motor is by removing it. Remove the door panel and locate the window motor. Disconnect the electrical connector to the motor. Remove the mounting screws that attach the motor to the regulator. With the motor removed push up on the regultator up by hand to move the window up. Reinstall the window motor to keep this position.
