the car starts and runs great but sometimes it wont start. you can wait 5 min or 5 days before it will start you never know. sometimes it wont start first thing in the morning and sometimes it wont start after getting gas. it has fuel fire and compression but it acts like its out of time. it pops through intake but give it time it will start and run great.

Hello .. thanks for the donation .. much appreciated

There could be many reasons for these symptoms .. dirty sensors/weather conditions effecting the sensors .. a good tech who can actualy test the sensors are working correctly may be the beat option ?

AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Sensor measures temperature of intake air and sends information to CIS-E control unit for use in mixture and ignition control.
ALTITUDE CORRECTION
CIS-E control unit uses signal from intake manifold pressure sensor to control quantity of fuel to injectors in relation to altitude. This function is not available when CIS-E control unit is in Limp Home mode (due to partial CIS-E system failure).
