where is the fuel pressure regulator at on a 1991 mercedes-benz 300E with a V6 3.0

You'll find it on the fuel rail where the injectors are, it will have a vacuum hose going to it, but I don't think that's your problem, pressure regulators almost never fail, have you performed a vacuum test on it? Start out by replacing the fuel filter then check the fuel pressure

Yes.... No.... if the vehicle is idling too high it maybe a vacuum leak, check all of hoses make sure they are in good condition, without more information I can not help you. Please fill out the following form:
