Electrical problem
1977 Mercedes Benz 300d Two Wheel Drive Automatic

my 1977 300d sometimes it turns over sometimes it does not turn over.if it does turn over it turns only about half the speed it should and then it wont turn over again.new starter battery cables glow plugs glowplug relay all ground checked and cleaned i dont always get electrical power to the nuetral saftey switch. changed ignition switch didnt help changed head light switch didnt help. any help would be appriated.

The starter may be binding up, loosen the starter and readjust it.
