2002 Mercedes Benz 240d Drives side Door lock is ratching

My Driver side lock is ratching, it opens after sevreal attemps using the remote. Trunk latch needs replacing, trunk doesn't open using the drivers side button or remote. Center consol car lighter/ cell phone charger doesn't work. previous owner must have spilled drink. Can you give me cost estimates on each issue.

All shops charge electrical diagnostics by the hour, so it depends how many hours they use and what the rate is.
