Engine Performance problem
2005 Mercedes Benz 220cdi 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

just had turbo recon put back together but wont rev over 3000 rpm had this problem just before it (turbo)went and once before when a hose from the intercooler had a split in it tryed and clear any fault with dianostic , any advice ? regards neil

I would start by changing the primary and secondary fuel filters
