1990 Mercedes Benz 200e 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

WHEN EVER I PRESS THE GAS PEDAL THE MIXTURE WOULD GET RICHER THE CAR WON'T SPEED. IF I START TO KNOCK WITH ANY METAL THE PRESSURE REGULATOR THE CAR WOULD RESPOND TO MY DEMAND.

Let me just make sure I am understanding what you are saying. If you tap your fuel pressure regulator with something metal your vehicle will respond to acceleration normally. Correct? If this is the case you are in need of a new fuel pressure regulator. These regulators have a diaphragm in them and when the fail they will cause acceleration and lean and rich conditions.
