labor cost

i need to get a fair quote on labor cost to replace a fuel pump on my Mercedes a relative will do the work but i want to pay him. Also do you have the process as I may try it myself if it is too much?

Hello,

This vehicle is equipped with two external fuel pumps. They are located just in front of the rear axle.
Replacement of these pumps are easier than typical pump that is located in the fuel tank, as you do not have to remove the fuel tank.

I have attached the replacement procedures for the pump below.
