Heater does not put out anything heat. ac works fine. the water hoses going to the heater do get warm.

HI there,
if your heater tap is a 3 way tap, you may have circulation around the valve but not going to the heater core, watch that the valves do move when the heater control slides across, often the controller fails, check this next.
