Hard Cold Start runs great after warming up?

1993, 190e, 2.6 Mercedes runs great after warming up. Hard cold starts with a 70 degree day, restart 15 times with short idle times, steady increasing idle time between starts. When engine temperature rises it runs great all day. Note: I have replaced the (3)three sensors mounted on top rear of head.

Have the coolant temperature sensor and cold statrt valve check and idle speed air valve.

I agree with RASMATAZ, it sounds like the cold start valve is not working or needs to be cleaned here is a guide to help and I have included the location of the cold start valve in the images below so you can check it out.
