sometimes the cruise will work & sometimes not

make sure brake lights are working. when it does not work, does the cruise indicator light come on when you try to turn CC on?

I have not seen an indicator light, where is it located?

It may or may not have one. . if it does have one it will either be a symbol of a very small speedometer with a small arrow pointing to it and GREEN in color OR it may simply read CRUISE in GREEN color, will be a light in the instrument panel. shine a flashlight onto the gauges and see if you notice the symbol/word anywhere.

will look tomorrow. what if i find the symbol but it don't come on or does come on but cruise still don't work?

than i can know which diagnostic steps to take afterwards so i will need to know how it went first

sorry it took so long. kind of a when I can project if you know what i mean. Did not find any indicator on the dash & the brake lights do work.

you said sometimes it works sometimes not, are you making sure your above the speed it has to be to set? i think it is around 35mph or faster..
