I purchased this car after being put away salty and left for 2 years (with emerg. brake OFF) . The rear rotors are locked up and will not budge , brake pads are free . I'm guessing that the emergency brakes are corroded and frozen . I tryed beating on rotors repeatedly with large hammer and heavy brass rod , no luck . What can I do to to free them ?

If you have removed the rotor to hub screws, thats all that holds them, use penetrting oil and keep hitting the rotor, never mind the punch, hit the rotor, you are going to be rplacing them!
