HAS MY 1997CC 190E GOT A CAT CONVERTER ON IT?

Yes your 190E does have a catalytic converter. All of the 190E's from 1986-1993 were equipped with them. Location will be on the exhaust assembly between the exhaust manifold and the rear muffler.
