Tilt wheel only adjust down. both front heated seats turn off shortly after being turned on. memory seat function does not work.

Memory seats and tilt wheel not working properly

Hello,
It sounds like the MSM (memory seat module) has gone out, but to be sure let's check the fuses. here is a guide to show us how to check for power and the seat heater wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works along with the fuse locations below:

If the fuse is good the MSM should be replaced. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
