No 12V voltage at fuel pump

I am not getting 12 volts to the fuel pump. I see in wiring diagram that there is a Three Point Relay before the fuel pump, where can I find the location of the relay? Can I just run a hot wire to pump that is only hot when the ingnition is on, or does the relay turn the pump on and off depending on the amount of fuel the carb. Needs. Thanks bunches

Remove the fuel pump relay, Turn ignition On-check for power on the female side-no power there track it back to the ignition switch. Power at the wire terminal connector change the relay.

Your choice on switch power using the key or a toggle switch.
