2001 Mazda Truck cant get a brake

lost piston on right front caliper and replaced rotors calipers and pads on the front and bled system and can not get a pedal. when you bleed with engine off you get a little pedal but as soon as you start the truck the pedal goes to the floor. i have straight fluid coming from calipers and and at rear wheel s but still have no pedal. please help

If you're not leaking anywhere

Replace the brake master cylinder its leaking inside and not creating hydraulic pressure.
