1999 Mazda Truck Fuse keeps blowing

When i turn on the head lights or parking lights, the fuse for the parking lights keeps blowing, how do i prevent this from happening?

sounds like your wires are shorting out, make sure the headlights or tailight wiring harnesses are in good shape and not grounding out on the frame.
