1998 Mazda Truck noise coming from rubber tube out of intak

My mazda runs good but developed a humming noise coming from the air intake rubber tube that leads to the air filter. i replced the Mass air flow sensor. it doesn't do it as much now but still does it. what can it be?

Check the idle air control valve, they can make sounds when on the way out...
