1997 Mazda Truck problem with starting

i have trouble starting, i have a new battery, new starter,still cant start unless i roll forward and release clutch. do you think replacing the fender mounted starter relay might cure this problem? thank you in advance for any 411 you can supply.

I'm no pro, but I had the same problem with my 95 B2300. I replaced the starter solenoid, and it fires up every time now. I would make sure all of your fuses are good too. Just a thought
