After driving for 15 miles or so at 45-60 mph, the right front vibrates, feeling just like it would if the tire was flat. Tire is properly inflated. Vibration is severe for about a minute, and then stops, and ride is smooth again.
Any ideas?

Change wheel with spare to see if it is a faulty Tyre.
