1989 Mazda Truck coolant going straight out exhaust

i have a b2600 i 89 and water that is put in radiator somehow is going right out the exhaust manifold through catilitic converter out tailpipe also runs and head gasget seems ok no water in oil and starts..never has it over heated..

If headgaskt good then got a crack in cylinder head at water jacket between valves most likely.
