1986 Mazda Truck b2000....Carb problem and running rough

I just bought this truck and it starts great when cold, but after warm, the secondary carb bowl fills with gas and floods bad....I have to start it with the pedal to the floor......then has idle problems......also......jst replaced needle and seat and checked the float, seems ok..
thoguhts anyone..........thanks a bunch

I have to start it with the pedal to the floor......Doing this helps to clear out the flood with more incoming air. The carb has an internal leak-possibly the float has a pin leak drowning the float bowl.

I don't think the float is leaky, there was no liquid in it when I took it apart.......any other thoughts

Your problem is coming from the carb or you have an excessive fuel pressure
