2003 Mazda Tribute 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my son stuck a house key in the ignition of my car. i wiggled it free and now when i put my car keys in the ignition it will not turn...what could be wrong

Hi there,

i would say that some of the barrel pins are bent, you will have to get a new barrel fitted, this can be coded to your existing key.
