When you got white smoke that means youve got oil burning either youve got some bad valves or your rings are wore out its gonna take some work to rectify the problem

If there is that much white smoke then you probably have an O-ring leak which is allowing engine coolant to leak into the combustion chambers. If this is the case you will have to rebuild the engine. By the way a rotary engine has no valves and no piston rings so the only way for excess oil to get into the combustion chamber is if its leaking from the oil injectors when the engine is off. A bad oil seal in the turbochargers could also cause oil smoke. Still it sounds like O-rings to me. Check to see if any coolant is missing and see if there is any oily soot floating on top of the coolant. If it is an O-ring leak the smoke will tend to be worse when you first start the car up and then gradually lessen as the car warms up.
