Engine Performance problem

i hav a 1994 rx7 efini. 72k, i brought it working fine but after 3 weeks it wudnt start, then after leavin it a while it started but ran like a bag of shite, misfiring and wudnt rev up properly, then after a few days of running like that it wudnt strike up agen, it nearly doe,s it tries to start but jus wont make it, that was in february an it still wont start. any advice?
