My Mazda sat for ten years and i just got it back and now it wont run and i have swiched out the fuel filter so far and the spark plugs, gas,oil, oil filter,I was seeing if you could give me some hints so get it running?

remove the 2 top sprak plugs and put insade abouth 1 ounce of motor oil and let stey for at lest 12 hours to expand the rober seals.
