1989 Mazda RX7 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles

My mazda 1189 keep in draining the batery is a new batery
every time I recharge it drains out if I put my foot on the brake, or turn lights on, or put the car in drive or reverce, it takes 10 minutes to drain out, what could be the problem.
