Engine Performance problem
1986 Mazda RX7 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

It doesnt want a pass the smog check and i took it to the mechanic but they dont know how to work rotative engine and it smells alot of gas.

Have a compression test done first just to check that the rotor seals are sound, start here.
