With that many miles on your engine, it maybe the apaex seal may be worned out. Sometimes if you pull all four spark plugs out, pour oil down carbu. and crank the engine over, you can get the apex seals to seal , replace spark plugs and wires. Spray some quick start down the carbu with it completely open and crank the engine over. Worst thing you can do for rotor engines is to let them set. *When the engine starts it will smoke like crazy for a short while, it is normal.
