DOES A 85 RX7 THAT HAS A CARBURETOR HAVE A FUEL PRESSUR REGULATOR?

Unless its a fuel injected engine they got carb and EFI system

My rx7 keeps flooding even when I'm not giving it gas or have the choke out and is fouling the plugs what could that be?

You probably have to adjust the float needle valve might not be closing or excessive fuel pressure
