I would like to know the best way to remove rear brake drum.

if you can back off the start wheel adjuster. then hit hard between every lug on the brake drum. then try to wiggle it and see if its loose enough to come off. if not keep hitting on it and prying it. you can try to cut the hold down pins to make pads pop off easier but wont leave youa good picture of how it all goes back together
